George Willard Wohlfarth

George Willard Wohlfarth of Lusby, MD, passed away on Sunday, May 24, 2015, at the age of 75.He was born in Washington, DC, on August 11, 1939, to Catherine (McNamee) and Willard J. Wohlfarth. George worked for the federal Government for the Department of Agriculture. He was also a firefighter for Chillium Adelphi and served as the Chief for numerous years.George lived in West Palm Beach, FL for 14 years and spent many hours taking long walks on the beach. In his later years, George enjoyed spending time with his children and grandchildren. He was a big Washington Redskins fan and loved his Pepsi and Hershey chocolate. George was a father, grandfather and friend to many. His big smile will shine on in the hearts of many.He was the loving father of Brenda Ryan, Bonnie Hoffman, Shari Payne, George, Christopher and Patrick Wohlfarth. He was the devoted grandfather of fifteen grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. He was the brother of Lavinia, Michael and Richard Wohlfarth and Jeanne Becker.
