George M. Zabchin

George M. Zabchin\n \nOn April 17, 2011 of Waldorf, MD. He was born in Middleport, Pennsylvania and attended school in Passaic, New Jersey. He was a career Navy veteran of 24 years, and an agent with State Farm Insurance in Clinton, Maryland for 28 years. Mr. Zabchin served in World War Two, Korea, and Vietnam, and was awarded the Navy Unit Commendation. He volunteered many hours for the USO. He attended Antioch Law School and graduated from the University of Maryland, with a degree in Business Administration. His wife, Maryann, died in 2008. Survivors include his daughter, Kathy Ann Lemhouse, son-in-law Ken Lemhouse, his brother Mike Zabchin and his wife’s relatives. \n \nIn lieu of flowers, contributions may be sent to St. Thomas the Apostle Orthodox Church at 44191 Leonardtown Road, Waldorf, MD 20602.
