Granvel S. Walker

Granvel S. "Granny" Walker, 72,\n \n \n \ndied Wednesday May 9, 2012 at Southern Maryland Hospital surrounded by his loving family. Born in Mullens, WV he was a son of the late A. Otto and Sadie E. (Shrader) Walker. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force. He was employed in the elevator construction industry where he was a member of the I.U.E.C. #10. He is survived by his wife of fifty years Julia M. Walker, two children Renee and Jeffrey Walker(Angie), two grandchildren, Tiffany and Brittany, three brothers, Landon Walker(Margie), Jackie Bailey, and Eugene Bailey(Treva), two sisters, Jewel Akel(Terry) and Virginia Phillips.
