Harold Richard Etzweiler

Harold R. Etzweiler, age 77, of Columbia, MD, passed away on February 23, 2013. Born on June 27, 1935 in South Anneville, PA, he was the son of the late Charles and Magdalena Etzweiler. Harold served in the United States Army and held the rank of Private First Class. He also worked as an Electrician. Harold enjoyed fishing, home improvement projects and working on cars. He liked to stay busy. He is survived by his loving children Kimball Etzweiler and Sonya (Gregory Rex) Saunders; grandson Nicholas Layne Saunders; sister Dorothy “Dot” Fell; nephew Rick Fell and other relatives and friends. Family and friends will be received at Lee Funeral Home, Inc. Branch Ave. and Coventry Way on Friday, March 15 from 11 a.m. until time of service at 1 p.m. Burial will follow with Military Honors at Maryland Veteran’s Cemetery Cheltenham, MD.In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to The Center for Dementia Research Attn: Ralph A.
