The beloved brother of four brothers, John (Doris), Jeffery, Joseph; five sisters, Muriel, Harriet (Roland), Laura, Pearl (Charles) and Rose; uncle to a host of nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his mother, Elnora; his father, John Lewis Harper, Sr.; his brother daniel; his brother in law, Lawrence; and his nephew, Vincent Davis.
