Helen Holmes Goddard

Helen Holmes Goddard (age 100)Helen Holmes Goddard went to her Heavenly Father on December 18, 2013 after complications from a broken hip. Helen was born on February 20, 1913 in St. Mary's County, MD to James Walter Norris and Annie Elizabeth Raley. Helen was raised in Resurrection Manor, the second oldest house in Maryland, then moved to Clinton, MD around 1940. She was a member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by her beloved husbands Jesse Goddard and Frank W. Holmes and two daughters, Patrice Holmes and Diane Fitzgerald. She is survived by her children, Gloria Shadduck, Shirley Saushock, Frank Holmes, Phillip Holmes. Carolyn Webb; 13 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren all of whom loved her dearly.
