Herbert E. “Hutch” Hutchison of Upper Marlboro, MD on January 16, 2010. Beloved husband of Shirley Hutchison and loving father of Dixie Kelso (Gary), Ronald Hutchison (Bobbie). He is also survived by his grandchildren, Lisa Yost, Brian Kelso, Laura Hutchison, Jill Hutchison, three great grandchildren and a sister Jeanette Devaughn.
