Horace Gabriel Baldwin, affectionately known as "Bill" was born on October 17, 1929. He was preceded in death by his parents Victor and Mabel (Owens) Baldwin, his loving wife Eleanor Ruth (Mazzullo) Baldwin, and all five of his brothers: Victor, Roy, Ambrose, Bernard, and Carl "Shorty". He is survived by all of his descendants, his children: Kimberly, Kevin, Kelly, and Kendall, a Daughter-In-Law Dawn and a Son-In-Law Larry; his grandchildren, Tara, Tiffany, Natalie, Travis, Troy, Amanda, Gabrielle, and Matthew and his great-grandchildren, Alyssa, Eleanor, Layla, Gabriel, and Della. Born on a farm in Forestville, MD he met the love of his life, Eleanor in 5th grade. They later married and became great entrepreneurs, owning and operating "The Salad Bowl", a restaurant and bar, as well as Eastern Trans Waste, a very successful trash and recycling business, serving the White House and Navy Yard. He enjoyed dining out, an occasional cigar, playing cards, and spending time with his family. He was a great man that helped many people. He will be greatly missed. Everyone is invited to celebrate his life after the services at an old fashioned ETW cookout.
