Hugh Francis Dolan

On September 4, 2022 Hugh Francis Dolan passed peacefully at home surrounded by his family.  He is survived by his daughter Mary Virginia “Ginger” Dolan, Ronnie Wolford, his three grandchildren, Krista Ann, Jennifer Lynn and Michael Paul Wolford, his brother Jim and his sister Sarah “Nan” Dolan.  He is preceded in death by his wife Virginia Purdy Dolan, his two sons Hugh Francis Dolan Jr. and Paul Timothy Dolan.  He is also preceded in death by his siblings Charlie, Andy and Joe Dolan, Mary Boyle, Peggy McMenamin and Rose McLoughlin. Relatives and friends may visit at Lee Funeral Home in Owings, MD on Tuesday, September 13, 2022, from 5 to 8PM.  On Wednesday, September 14, 2022,  friends and family may visit at Jesus the Divine Word in Huntingtown, MD from 10 to 11AM for a final viewing, immediately followed by a Catholic Mass at 11AM.  Interment at Resurrection Cemetery in Clinton, MD.  In lieu of memorial flowers, contributions may be made to Calvert Hospice in Prince Frederick, MD or the Alzheimer’s Association.
