Ira E. Waters "Gene" Beloved husband of 53 years to Marilyn A. Waters, loving father of Cindy, Gary and Scott. Grandfather of Steven, Dillon, Brady, Kyle, Colby and Quinn. Great grandfather of Darren. Brother of Leonard, Carl, Bobby, Phil, Kenny, Mike and Kathy. Gene spent 2 years in the United States Army and Honorably discharged.
