Irie Tetra AKA Steven G. Proctor

Irie Tetra (formerly known as Steven Gregory Proctor) age 56 of Clinton, MD passed away on Sunday, January 26, 2020. He was born February 4, 1963 to Joseph Proctor and Dorothy [Swann] Proctor. A veteran of the U.S. Navy; he retired as a Navigator in 1991. He loved to travel; especially warm tropical places, his favorite being Hawaii. He was kind hearted and fun loving person. He had fun where ever he went. In addition to his parents he is survived by his previous wife; Shirley Proctor; 2 sons; Stephon Proctor [Lauren] and Pierre Proctor, 2 siblings; Yolanda D. Threatt [Carlo] and Jeffrey N. Proctor [previous wife, Keisha Proctor, 5 grandchildren and a number of other relatives.
