Jacklyn Marie Persaud, “Jackie”, 59, of Chesapeake Beach, MD died suddenly on April 30, 2015. Born in Beaver Falls, PA, Jackie was the youngest child of the late Michael William and Elsie M. Landman. Jackie owned and operated DP’s Carryout & Deli in Lothian for more than 32 years with her husband. After retiring from the restaurant business, she enjoyed painting, gardening and spending time with her family. She was the beloved wife of Dilip M. Persaud; loving mother of William S. Persaud and Dana M. Persaud of Chesapeake Beach, MD; dearest sister of Carol and Reames Wooten of Oxon Hill, MD, Robert and Marian Landman of Lancaster, PA, Richard and Carol Landman of Cleveland, OH, Catherine and Nick Manzo of Ellwood City, PA, and the late Ronald Landman and his surviving wife Sis of Beaver Falls, PA; cherished aunt of Ganesh and Meena Surujballi of Mt. Rainer, MD, Dr. Deepnarayan and Indira Tiwarri of Dunkirk, MD, Kamala Tiwarri of Arlington, VA, Mala and Steve Misir of Naples, FL; and dearest sister to Gladys T. Tiwarri of Ft. Washington, MD, Parbatee and Gan Ramnath of Plantation, FL, and Basmattie and Bhola Bishundat of Waldorf, MD. She is also survived by a host of relatives and friends.
