James Alexandria Ayers Sr.

James Ayers was born December 8, 1952 in the District of Columbia to the late Jacob William and Lillian Barbara Ayers. He departed this life on Monday, August 30, 2021 at Georgetown Hospital in the loving arms of God’s embrace. James, a Veteran, certified Diesel Mechanic, and entrepreneur, worked hard for many years and retired from the U.S. Post Office in 2004, accomplishing his next goal afterwards by owning a Mechanic Garage in Baltimore, MD. He took great pride and joy in sharing his knowledge of mechanics with friends, co-workers and the community in order to aid anyone needing assistance. Real Estate was his greatest passion in life, as he mastered the skills to wholesale and invest, he helped and taught others the technique and skill to do the same. James was a husband, father and grandfather who leaves to cherish his memory, wife, Valerie Ayers; children: Lamont Ayers, Lakita Ayers, Tykeda Ayers, and James Ayers Jr, 6 grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren.
