Jeanne Victoria Artis Jeanne Victoria Artis, Age 71 of Forestville, MD passed on June 13, 2014. Jeanne is survived by her sons, Warren Howard Artis (Phyllis) of Fredericksburg, VA and Wayne Leo Artis (Kimberly) of Fayetteville, NC. Dear Grandmother of Bianca C. Artis of Fredericksburg, VA and Wayne L. Artis Jr. of Fayetteville, NC. Jeanne retired after a 30 year career with the Department of Defense. She worked in the Hoffman Building in Alexandria, VA. In addition to her family, she enjoyed going on church outings and loved to participate in church related activities.
