Jeff was born June 14, 1963, in Washington, D.C. to Michael and Carol Nigro and was called home on February 23, 2024.
A beloved father and grandfather, Jeff is survived by his daughters, Melissa and Brittany, and his new granddaughter Nova.
Jeff graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, and from the Community College of Baltimore, Catonsville, with an Associate Degree in Mortuary Science.
Jeff was a License Funeral Director since 1998 and worked at Lee Funeral Homes in Clinton and Owings, MD for the last 18 years. Jeff regularly arranged large, high-profile funerals. He was well known and highly regarded by the Army at Arlington National Cemetery; both for his professionalism and his love for their horses.
As a member of the Bowie Volunteer Fire Department, Jeff was in the administrative support area, and was awarded Life Member status in 2018 and was an all-round enthusiastic worker.
