Jenelle Denise Wiggins

Jenelle Wiggins, the daughter of Robert Louis Wiggins Sr. and Joy Delores Wiggins was born in Washington, D.C. on June 5th, 1964.  She was a graduate of West Elementary, Roosevelt High School and graduated from Strayer College with a degree in accounting.

Jenelle recently retired with over 35yrs of government service as a Senior Grants Management Specialist for the National Institute of Health.

Jenelle never met a stranger.  She had a kind and generous spirit and was always willing to help by putting the needs of others in front of her own.  Don’t get it twisted though, she had a fire side.  You could easily feel the burn if you messed with her parents, brother or her Craig.

Even though Jenelle did not birth a child of her own, she mothered plenty of her cousins, friend’s children, as well as new government employees.  She kept her youthful appearance because of her inner child.  She was always first in line for the newest Disney movie or children’s tv shows.  She was an avid photographer and she made the meanest pan of macaroni and cheese. 

Jenelle is survived by her loving parents, Robert and Joy Wiggins, brother Robert Wiggins Jr, soulmate of over 20yrs Craig Smith, uncles Elijah and Melvin Wiggins Sr., her sister-in-law, Angela Wiggins, nephew, Khari Wiggins, niece Aniya Wiggins along with a host of cousins and friends.
