Jennifer Roebuck

November 15, 1972 — June 4, 2016

Jennifer was born on November 15, 1972 to Carmen and Truitt Roebuck. She was the second child of 4 children. She grew up in Clinton MD and she graduated from Surrattsville High School in 1990. Jenny, as she was affectionately known, was baptized as one of Jehovah's Witnesses on July 1990. She worked as a Medical Transcriptionist for a Cardiologist office for 25 years. Jenny loved her family and friends dearly and she especially loved young ones! Jenny was a second mom to her neice and nephew Kristyn and David she spent countless hours with them playing, laughing, teaching, disciplining, and spoiling them. Jenny also was a regular pioneer and attended pioneer school. She was able to attend the French congregation for a few years and serve where the need is great on several occasions. Jenny was also very fond of the older ones, spending a lot of time with them helping in any way she could. In the past few years Jenny struggled with depression and anxiety but she never lost her relationship with Jehovah. We know she is in Jehovah's memory and we will see her again in the grand resurrection. Jenny had endless spiritual conversations with her brother Santi and sisters Sandra and Elsa that were an encouragement to them all. Jenny was very close to her siblings and cousins Anita and Elizabeth, going on family trips when they were younger and working side by side with Elsa, her younger sister, secularly and moving back in with her mom, helping her with whatever she needed. Jenny was always caring for everyone, providing a kind word at the right time or advise or even a clever joke to lighten the mood. Jenny also loved to read, sing and cook and had a great sense of humor. Jenny was preceded in death by her father Truitt Roebuck and leaves her mother Carmen Roebuck, her brother Santiago Roebuck, her sisters Sandra Tolson and Elsa Roebuck, her neice Kristyn Tolson, and her nephew David Tolson, along with a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins.
