Lt. Col. Joe T. Milloy (USAF, Ret.) died after a long illness on Tuesday, April 2, 2002. Col. Milloy was 88 years old. He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Tatyana J. Milloy; three children Svetlana M. Kornfeind, Robert J. Milloy, and Steven J. Milloy and five grandchildren Edward Miloy, Anna Milloy, Nicholas Milloy Jamie Milloy and Alison Milloy.
