John David Carroll

JOHN DAVID CARROLL, (AGE 68)of 9669 Gwynndale Drive, Clinton, MD , died on Saturday, May 31, 2008 in his home. He was born August 4, 1939, in Bristol, TN, the second son of John Henry Carroll and Hafford Burnette Carroll. He served in the United States Marine Corps and worked as the Superintendent for JE Hurley and Sons in the District. John greatly enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time with his family and friends. He was loved and respected by all who knew him and he will be missed. John is survived by his son John David Carroll, II,of Clinton, MD; a daughter , Lesli Lyn Pryor and her husband, Craig, of Bristow, Va. one brother, Daniel, of the District; one sister Betty of Florida; and two grandchildren, Joshua Monte Eugene Pryor and Zachary John David Pryor, both of Bristow, Va.
