John Cronshey John H. Cronshey, age 97 of Huntingtown, Maryland formerly of Maplewood, NJ died Wednesday November 19, 2008 at the Georgetown University Hospital, Washington, DC. He is the beloved husband of the late Mertie E. Boucher, late Frances Sonntag and the late Elizabeth Zilko. He is survived by a son Roger G. Cronshey, a daughter Nancy E. Thomas, a brother Raymond W. Cronshey and five grandchildren. Mr. Cronshey lived in Huntingtown 4 years and had retired from New Jersey Department of Transportation as Chief of Regulatory Affairs. He was a member of Masonic Lodge #142 Prince Frederick, MD, The American Legion and attended Patuxent Presbyterian Church. He enjoyed playing bridge at the Calvert Pines Senior Center. His hobbies included clock repair, doing leather work, baking and telling jokes. He also enjoyed traveling and visited many Scandinavian countries, Israel as well as traveling through out the United States.
