John Daye

\n \nJohn R. “George” Daye,\n Age 82, a life-long resident of Clinton, MD went to be with the Lord at his home on April 21, 2011. He is the beloved husband of 60 years of Betty (Bayne) Daye. He is the father of Beverly (Daye) Kuhn and her husband, Don and George Lee Daye and his wife, Doris. He has six grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and numerous others that knew him as “Poppie.” We will miss him very much. \nFriends may call at the Lee Funeral Home in Clinton, MD on Monday, April 25, 2011 from 2-4pm and 6-8pm.\nFuneral services will be held on Tuesday, April 26 at 11:00am at Trinity Baptist Church, 2671 Mattawoman-Beantown Road in Waldorf, MD. Burial will be at Resurrection Cemetery on Woodyard Road in Clinton, MD.
