John Bernard Reilly age 93 passed away on May 4, 2017. John was born in Loretto, PA on August 7, 1923. Son to Francis Joseph Reilly and Mary Magdalene (Cox) Reilly. John served in the United States Navy from 1943-1946 aboard the USS HUSE DE-145. The USS HUSE and its crew were the #1 ASW Ship in the Atlantic Fleet during WWII with the sinking of 5 U-Boats. John worked as a Lineman for Air Products Manufacturing for 36 years in Cheverly Maryland. John retired and lived in Sebring, Florida for 28 years he was a member of the American legion, Elks Lodge, Shamrock Club, and volunteered for SHARE for the Poor of Sebring. John was proceeded in death by his wife Imelda Patricia (Caton) Reilly, their son Martin Linus Reilly, his sister Bertha Reilly Biter, his brothers Patrick and Charles Reilly. He is survived by his children John Francis Reilly and his wife Jacquelyn of Colorado, Mary Catherine Reilly of Florida, Dr. Joseph Reilly and his wife Thais of Maryland, Thomas Gregory Reilly of Virginia, Terence Edward Reilly and his wife Deborah of Delaware, Ann Marie McGovern and her husband Tommy of Florida, and Margaret Rose Furio of Texas. His loving grandchildren….Marlina, Patrick, Martin, Erin, Michael, Kevin, Jason, Spencer, Richelle, Caitlin, and Samuel. His loving great-grandchildren Alex, Nate, Dillion, Ashland, Linus, Theodore, Scarlett, Declan, and Faith. The family would like to recognize Rosemary Rasmussen, Ernie and Jimmy Daly, and Polly Filer who are longtime friends of our father. We want to send out a warm and heart felt Thank You for all the good times we had whenever a family member visited dad. We enjoyed all the activities with each of you over the years.
