Joseph D. "Billy" Hicks On April 6, 2005 of Fredericksburg, VA. Formerly of the Metro Washing area. Beloved brother of Florence Burbrink; brother-in-law of Audrey Hicks. "Uncle Hicky" was very close to the Watson family, served in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict, was a lifetime member of the VFW Post - Suitland, was an avid baseball fan, enjoyed bowling and played the hand trumpet. Friends may call at Lee Funeral Home, Inc. Branch Ave. and Coventry Way,Clinton, MD on Monday,April 11th from 2-4 and 6-8PM where services will be held on Tuesday, April 12 at 11:30AM. Interment Maryland Veterans Cemetery, Cheltenham, MD. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
