Josephine Williams of Indian Head, MD, passed away on November 17, 2013. She was the beloved wife of the late Thomas C. Williams, Sr.; loving Mother of Thomas C. (Elizabeth) Williams Jr. and Gerald C. (Mary Beth) Williams; sister of Marie McClain, Adah Morgan and the late Louie P. Straughan, Jr.; devoted grandmother of Pamela, Nicholas, Joel, Jacqueline, Natalie, Seth, Austin, Paul and Luke.
