Joyce M. Rowe

Joyce M. Rowe 1932 - 2012 Joyce M. Rowe, 80, of Upper Marlboro, MD died Wednesday December 12, 2012 in her home.She was the beloved wife of the late Billy C. Rowe. She worked for the Department of Justice serving as a supervisor for the Federal Bureau of Investigation starting in 1956 and retiring in 1994. She was an avid collector of cabbage patch dolls and beanie babies. She also enjoyed doing yard work, working out and being a Redskins fan. Joyce is survived by two daughters, Debbie Bunting (Mark) and Linda Kay Downs(James),a sister Virginia Durrer, two brothers, Raymond and Lucian Durrer, three grandchildren, and one great granddaughter.
