Judith Ann Brown

Judith Ann Brown, 83, of Prince Frederick, MD passed away peacefully on December 31, 2022, surrounded by those she loved.

Judy was born September 23, 1939, in Harrisburg PA, the daughter of Homer and Eleanor Earisman.

She graduated from Suitland High School class of 1957.  After graduation Judy married James B. Curtin Jr.  During the 17 years of marriage they had four children.    During those earlier years, she was a homemaker and Judy worked for Prince George's County.   She was a sole business owner of a Day Care Center in Calvert County.   In the late 70's Judy met and married William Brown.   She then was a bookkeeper for Bill's custom cabinet business. She loved spending time reading, taking trips with family and friends. Judy enjoyed all types of sporting events, including Washington Nationals baseball, Washington Commanders football, and her favorite NASCAR racing, she also adored watching the pandas at the National Zoo.

Judy's love of the Lord was first in her life.  She will be remembered by her tenderness, kindness, refinement, faith, goodness, and virtue..

Survived by her devoted children, Debra L Norfolk and her husband Paul, James B Curtin III "Brad" and his wife Kim, Karen A Hood and her husband John, and Sharon L Yatsko and her husband John.   Loving sister of Janice Watkins.   Judy was a caring and beloved grandmother to 11 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, and 1 late great-great-grandchild.  In addition to her first husband, Judy was also predeceased by her late husband, William Brown.
