Kirk David Paddock

Kirk David Paddock, 65, of Deale, MD passed away suddenly on January 15, 2024.  Kirk was born on February 1, 1958, to Mina (Cook) Paddock & Andrew Billings Paddock in Washington, DC.  He was a loving husband to Paula M. Paddock. Kirk is also survived by his twin sister Karen Lydon (Michael), sister Kathy Kramer (Robert), brother Kris Paddock (Brenda), mother-in-law Darla Webb, sisters-in-law Lori Vidsens (Tim), Tina Kaht (Bill), Lisa King, December Bhollah, and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.  

He is preceded in death by his mother Mina Paddock; father Andrew Paddock; uncle Gary Cook, aunt Nora Cook, uncle Robert Cook, and father-in-law John Webb.  

Kirk was raised in Prince George's County and graduated from Potomac High School in 1976.   He worked for the Government at the U.S. House of Representatives for many years, several different commercial and residential construction companies, and was self-employed as a home improvement subcontractor.  He was an avid hunter, fisherman, and the Dallas Cowboys’ biggest fan.  He enjoyed getting to know everyone he met, classic rock music, classic muscle cars, but most of all spending time with his family and friends. 

There will be a service at Lee Funeral Home Calvert 8200 Jennifer Lane, Owings, MD 20736 on February 17, 2024, at 11:00 am, and a gathering to celebrate Kirk will follow immediately after the services.
