Larry G. Hogan, II (Age 43)On Friday, August 1, 2008, Larry G. Hogan II of Port Republic, MD died in a tragic motorcycle accident on Broomes Island Road. He was a beloved husband of Rhonda Hogan; loving father of Larry Gordon, III, Brittany Elaine and Joseph William Hogan; son of Scheral Dey and the late Larry G. Hogan, I; step-son of Seneca William Beal; brother of Michele Elaine Fink and Cindy Lee Hogan. Larry lived most of his life in Calvert County while working for SMECO. He was a graduate of Northern High School, a former member of the Dunkirk Volunteer Fire Department, and a loving friend to all who knew him. Although Larrys life was cut short, it was ended while doing something he loved: riding his motorcycle. A memorial gathering will be held at the LEE FUNERAL HOME CALVERT, P.A., 8125 Southern Maryland Blvd., and (Rte 4 & Fowler Rd.)
