Howley Mann; devoted father to the late Howard Mann and the late Lashley H. "Lee" Mann, II. He is survived by a daughter-in-law Deanna L. Mann; three grandchildren Kelli L. Wells (Christofer), Kristen A. Mann and Lashley H. Mann, III; a brother Charles A. Mann and several loving cousins.
