Lawrence Judson Davis

Lawrence J. Davis, 71, of Brandywine, MD, passed away January 10, 2014. He retired in 2005 after 32 years as a Self Improvement Contractor. He was preceded in death by his father Talmadge B. Davis; mother Laura V. Wilkins; son Robert L. Davis and brother Roger Lee Davis. He is survived by his wife of 52 years Edna Mae Davis; daughter Dorothy Whitely and her husband Keith Whitely; son Michael Davis and his wife Jennifer Davis; grandchildren Rodney, Ali, Corey, Donovan, Cassidie, Haylie and Anthony. Family and friends will be received at Lee Funeral Home, Inc. Clinton, MD on Wednesday, January 15 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Funeral services will be held at First Baptist Church of Upper Marlboro Thursday, January 16 at 11 a.m. Interment will be at Bethany Baptist Church Cemetery in Callao, VA.
