Plaugher (Preston Scott), Evelyn Minor, Edward Minor, Patty Bowen (Lance), Steve Provoncha and the late Vicki Nijland. Also survived by 11 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren, Danya and Eric. Brother of Harvey and James Kelley and the late Joy Estes. Mr. Kelley was a Chief MSgt.
