Lawrence J. Proctor

Lawrence J. Proctor “Budgie,” born February 15, 1955, he was the fourth son of 14 children of the late James Alton and the late Sylvia Catherine Proctor, died December 1, 2013 after a long illness. He was the beloved husband of Pamela Proctor for 38 years; loving father of Felicia and Lawrence, Jr.; grandfather of Azónté Proctor and Eric McGee; great grandfather of Azónté, Jr. “AJ,” Shéte Proctor. Also survived by brothers William, Thomas, Timothy, Jeffery, Paul, Daniel Matthew and Daniel Richard; sisters Marie Swann, Lillian Proctor, Betty Baldwin, Cynthia Harley and Christa Newsome and many other relatives and friends.
