Leon J. Proctor "Billy" Age 75 of Norwood, PA on December 21, 2005. Beloved husband of Yolanda Proctor (Ex-Wife). Loving Companion of Vella Buelah. Dear father of Norman Richardson (Herbrette), Sr. Gwynette Proctor, SND, Anana Kambon, Joseph Proctor and Terrence Proctor (Phyllis). Brother of Elaine Blackwell, Julia Jackson, Florence Henderson, Chester Proctor and the late Ellsworth Proctor. Also survived by 9 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church 8908 Old Branch Ave., Clinton, MD on Friday, December 30, 2005 from 9:30am - 11:00am with Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00.
