Louis J. Tracey, “Dickie,” “Tracey,” age 68, of Upper Marlboro, MD, passed away on October 15, 2013. Born January 1, 1945 in Round Hill, VA, he was the son of the late Robert and the late Josephine Clark. Louis worked as a Distributor for The Washington Post. He then went on to work as a Courier for Maryland Health Care for about 15 years. He was an avid fan of the Washington Redskins and Elvis. He enjoyed Duck Pin Bowling, Golf, hosting Poker games and watching The Young and the Restless and the Washington Nationals. He also raised and raced horses and spent a lot of time with his horse Say No More. He loved spending time with family and he loved his dogs, especially Nakita.He was the beloved husband of Evelyn for 51 years; loving father of Mike, Wanda (Doug), Rodney (Katherine), Sheila (Steve), Curtis and the late Chris “Bubby;" devoted grandfather of Crystal, Corey, Craig “TJ,” Carissa, Diane, Rick, Travis, Amber, Brittany and Brian; great grandfather of Gavin, Cohen, Braedan, Addison (due November) and the late Liam; brother of Jimmy, Barbara, Tommy (Sharon), Linda (John), Johnny (Carol), Katie, Kenny(Vita) and the late Peggy. Also survived by his mother-in-law Kay; father-in-law Charles; his lifetime friend, who was like a brother, Neal and many other relatives and friends.Family and friends will be received at Lee Funeral Home, Inc. Clinton, MD on Monday, October 21 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. where services will be held on Tuesday, October 22 at 10 a.m. Interment to follow at Ft. Lincoln Cemetery Brentwood, MD.
