Louise Brubaker Duffy

Louise Brubaker Duffy, 88, of Waldorf, MD, died March 7, 2011 in Dunkirk, MD. She was born September 5, 1922 in Washington, DC, to the late Lawrence Grove and Hilda Reddish Brubaker. Louise was the beloved wife of the late William Joseph Duffy, Jr. She was predeceased by her daughter Faith Eileen Tanner. Louise was the loving mother of Karen Duffy (John) Miles of Dunkirk, MD, Lawrence Michael (Diane) Duffy of Silver Spring, MD, Kevin Christopher (Lois) Duffy of Wilmington, DE, Charles Martin (June) Duffy of Gaithersburg. MD and step-mother of William Joseph Duffy, III of Lexington, VA. She is also survived by her sister Lorraine Brubaker Smith of Annandale, VA, nine grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.\n \n \n \nA Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, March 11 at 10:30 am at Jesus the Divine Word Catholic Church, 885 Cox Road, Huntingtown, MD 20639.
