Louise Yvonne Pfeifer

Louise Y. Pfeifer age 90 passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 5, 2019 surrounded by children and grandchildren after a brief illness. Louise (Bonnie) Y. Pfeifer was born on October 29, 1928 in Washington, DC. She was the daughter of the late Arthur L. and Bessie H. Moore. She was the wife of the late Donald (Don) E. Pfeifer. She is survived by four children: Dawn L. Ratliff (Jim); Donald (Don) E. Pfeifer, Jr. (Melody); Belinda Y. Ourand; and Wendy J. Murray. She is also survived by her sister, Virginia Allman and her brother Alfred W. Moore and sister-in-law, Doris Wylie. She is the sister of the late Arthur L. Moore, Jr., Elizabeth Valentine and Dallas Lucille Smith. She was sister-in-law to the late Frank Pfeifer, Jr. and George Pfeifer. Bonnie was a Grandma to 13 beautiful grandchildren; Stacy, Tom, Lydia, Lexie, Cristy, Don III, Veronica, Jamie, Jesse, Rachel, Michael, Danny and Kevin, Jr. Great Grandma to 19 equally beautiful Great Grandchildren; Tyler, Kelsi, Livie, Miles, Dallas, Liam, Kasen, Anders, Parker, Delaney, Sawyer, Kara, Hunter, Christian, Maddy, John John, Jassper, Lilly and George. She leaves behind many good friends and neighbors. Family was always extremely important to Bonnie, and she blessed us with many holiday meals and used her talents of ceramics, crochet and cross-stitch to share many gifts that we feel are priceless. Family invites friends to visit from 5:00 to 8:00 pm on Thursday, October 10, at Lee Funeral Home Calvert, P.A., 8200 Jennifer Lane, Owings, MD 20736. A service will be held on Friday, October 11 at Lee Funeral Home Calvert, P.A. at 11:00 am and burial will follow at Southern Memorial Gardens, 10155 Ward Road, Dunkirk, MD 20754.
