LOUISE B. PROCTOR "Sisbabe"Passed away on Sunday, July 15, 2007 at her residence in Clinton, MD. The beloved wife of the late James "Squinch" Proctor. She is survived by one son, Lowell (Gloria); five daughters, Constance "Sissy" (Roderick), Valerie (Ron), Donna (Persell), Kathy and Yvonne "Vonnie"; 13 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren, four surviving siblings, Sylvia, Margaret, Levi and Paul; and a host of other relatives and friends.
