Loula Cleo Watts“Mama Watts” “Teo” Of Upper Marlboro, MD, formerly of Perryville, KY. Born on Oct. 18, 1916 to Goldie Fred and Hallie Grace Divine of Nevada, KY. Passed away on Sept. 10, 2012 at the age of 95. She is the beloved wife of the late Joseph Watts; loving mother of Doris (Albert) Simms, Bette (Iggy) Edelen, and Bill (Mary) Watts. Devoted grandmother of 12, great grandmother of 21 and great-great grandmother of 4. Sister of Mae Selby and Danny (Sara Jean) Divine. Predeceased by sisters; Allene Murphy, Ruth Crain and Margaret Shepherd. A memorial gathering will be held on Friday, Sept. 28, 2012, from 6pm until time of service at 8 pm at Lee Funeral Home Calvert, P.A., 8200 Jennifer Lane (Route 4 and Fowler Road) Owings, MD.
