Margaret was born on November 2nd, 1928 in Washington, DC to the late Sidney R. Pumphrey and Ethel Louise Cooper. She was a resident of Lothian, MD for the past 28 years. Louise was the loving wife of William Thomas Rickets, Sr., loving mother of Joan Frances Ricketts Locke, of Midland, VA, Mary Theresa Ricketts Redell, of Cheltenham, MD, William Thomas Ricketts, Jr., of McDowell, VA, George Walter "Buddy" Ricketts, of Lothian, MD and the late Margaret Rose Ricketts Mencer, of Forestville, MD, grandmother of nine and great-grandmother of 5. Louise was a life-long member of Epiphany Episcopal Church on Forestville, MD where she married her husband 59 years ago.
