Mark W. Alexander of Chesapeake Beach, MD passed away Friday, August 5, 2016. Mark was born in Newark, NJ in 1949. He was raised in Livingston, New Jersey, graduating from St. Benedicts Prep Academy. After high school graduation, Mark attended Fairfield University and went on to Graduate school at Fordham Law School. Mark was a Criminal Defense attorney in Washington, DC for 35 years. He married his love, Sue, in September of 1990 in Prince Frederick, MD. They welcomed their daughter, Kim in 1997. Mark was an avid sports fan; from horse racing, where he owned interest in several thoroughbreds to adoring the New York Yankees and the New York Football Giants. Mark had a wicked sense of humor (which he passed on to his daughter) and was known to be an incredible story teller. Mark was survived by his devoted wife, Sue and their beloved daughter Kim. He is also survived by his mom; Anne Alexander, sister; Annemarie Alexander, and her husband Bill, sister-in-law; Joyce Alexander and niece and nephew; Sarah and Patrick Alexander. He is pre-deceased by father; Mike Faraher, dad; Patrick Alexander and brother; Neil Alexander.
