Mark Anthony Windsor, 62, of Glen Burnie, MD on Wednesday March 29, 2017 at Marley Neck Rehabilitation Center in Glen Burnie, MD. Born in Prince George's County , Maryland he was a son of the late Ernest W. and Agnes A. Windsor. He was the loving brother of Ernest N. Windsor Jr., Ellen Ann Moore, Christine Victoria Tippett, Beverly Elaine Collins, Janice Cecila Pollak, and David Eugene Windsor. He was preceded in death by a sister Jeanne T. Windsor.
