Mary Campeotto

Mary Antonelli Campeotto, 97, passed away on Monday February 27th 2023 at home in Silver Spring MD. Mary was born August 29th 1925 in Capital Heights MD.

She graduated from Maryland Park High School in 1943. She worked in Prince Georges County Schools as a Health Aid for almost two decades.

She married Gene Campeotto on February 19th 1955. Mary is survived by her two children. Lisa (Charles) Mead of Silver Spring MD and John ( Lynn) Campeotto of Lothian MD, and her grandchildren Jesse and Lila Campeotto and Jonathan Mead. She is also survived by her sister Rose Antonelli Turner of Croom MD and brother Anthony Croce of SC and many beloved nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her son Stephen Joseph Campeotto, her husband Gene Campeotto, brothers Albert and Vincent Mattera, Joesph and Johnny Antonelli.

A viewing will take place on March 9th , at Most Holy Rosary - The St. Joseph Center 11704 Duley Station Road, Upper Marlboro, MD 20772 at 10 AM with a mass at 11 AM.  Interment will be at Resurrection Cemetery following the Mass.
