Mary Emma Jenkins

Mary Emma Jenkins, 91, of Port Charlotte, FL, formerly of Suitland, MD on December 9, 2016. She was the beloved wife of the late Ralph G. Jenkins. She lived and worked in the metro area until 2001 when she moved to Florida. She retired from the 1st Virginia Bank where she was an Administrator.She enjoyed traveling, crocheting, and sewing along with spending time with her family. She was a member of St. Bernadines Catholic Church in Suitland. She is survived by two children, Sandra Field(Harold) and Ralph G. Jenkins Jr.(Sharon), four grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren, and a sisters Shirley Gasque, Helen DeLorenzo, and brothers Roland and Louis Pettis. She was preceded in death by sisters Dorothy Dao, Grace Campbell, Arlene Jablonski, and brothers Thomas and James Pettis.
