Mary C. Williams

Mary C. Williams, 84, of Clinton, MD passed away on Wednesday, June 13, 2018 at home surrounded by her loving family. Born to the late Mary (nee Simms) and John Bruce in Ellicott City, MD she grew up with six siblings. She is survived by her loving husband, Howard D., of 60 years; her caring son, Bruce (and wife Linda) and their three adoring children, Aaron, Nora, and Aly; and two of her siblings, Rosalie and Lillian; and a host of other family and friends. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her siblings John, William Henry, her twin Joseph, and Laura Ann. An avid reader, Mary loved gardening, volunteering at the local library, baking, the Dallas Cowboys, and telling stories about her time at the Washington Post where she worked for 32 years. She was active in the Catholic Church and contributed to various charities, but most of all, Mary absolutely adored her family and friends.
