Matthew was born on September 25, 1969 in Ft. Belvior, Virginia to Thomas and Patricia Nolta. He is survived by his wife Joann Nolta of 8yrs, his children Heather and Justin. Matt was stepdad to Meagan. Matt loved his family and worked hard. His favorite thing was his "Man Cave". He loved sports and was a true lover of golf, his slots and scratch off tickets.
