Melvin Leonard DeVaughn of Lusby, MD, formerly of Dunkirk, MD died on Friday, April 2, 2010. He was the son of the late Maurice and Grace DeVaughn. Also survived by two brothers, Donald (Dolores) DeVaughn and Jerry DeVaughn and Two sisters, Mary (Gene) Berry and Phyllis (Ed) Dowell. Predeceased by sister, Laura Phalen.
