Mervyn Proctor

Mervyn Andrew Proctor of Clinton, MD passed away on April 5, 2022. Born February 12, 1939 to Andrew Emmanuel (Sam) and Agnes Helen Proctor. Beloved husband to Elizabeth Hazel Proctor. Loving brother of Yvonne Windsor (Nonney deceased), Elise Proctor (Martin deceased), Liboria Proctor (deceased) Rayvenel Proctor (Taddie), Montine Proctor (deceased) (Gale), Josiah Proctor (deceased) (Pam), and Salome Newman (Wayne). Brother-in law to Melvin, Johnny, Virgie and Hilton (Brenda) Proctor. Mervyn is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great and great-great nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Family will receive friends at St. John The Evangelist Catholic  Church, 8908 Old Branch Avenue, Clinton, MD on Wednesday April 20th 2022 at 10am. Mass of Christian burial will celebrated at 11am. In lieu of flowers please consider  a donation in honor of Mervyn Proctor to St. John The Evangelist Catholic Church.
