Congdon, 57, of Clinton Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, Clinton, MD, died Monday, December 1, 2008, at the Center.Born August 13, 1951, in Chincoteague, VA., he was the son of the late William E. and Geraldine F. Kennedy Congdon.He is lovingly survived by one brother, William E. Congdon, Jr., and wife Patricia A., of Brookeville, MD; two sisters, Patricia A. Dyson and husband Ray S., of Mt. Airy, MD; and Judy C. Stine of Chambersburg, PA,; three nephews, Richard S. Dyson of Jessup, MD; Scott E. Dyson of Frederick, MD; and Joseph W. Congdon and wife Denise, of Pasadena, MD; and one niece, Nancy R. Thornton and husband Michael J., of Brookeville, MD.Funeral arrangements are being handled by Lee Funeral Home, Clinton, MD.
