Beloved son of Kevin and Karen Philbin; grandson of Ada Marie Philbin; nephew of Roger and Phyllis Hoffman, Michael and Marilyn Philbin, Michael and Patricia Wood. Also survived by numerous loving cousins and friends. Family will receive friends at LEE FUNERAL HOME CALVERT, P.A., 8125 Southern Maryland Blvd., (Rt. 4 and Fowler Rd.), Owings, MD on Friday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at Jesus the Divine Word Catholic Church, 885 Cox Rd., Huntingtown, MD on Saturday, December 2 at 10:30 a.m. Interment Chesapeake Highlands Memorial Gardens, Port Republic, MD.
