Mildred Ann Manard

Mildred Ann Manard, 87, of Brandywine, MD passed away May 4, 2023. 

Mildred was born to the late Roy and Mildred Thomas, January 29, 1936 in Anniston, AL. She worked as a registered nurse for over 30 years. She was a USAF military spouse for over 20 years. She enjoyed playing bingo, going to movies, and watching her soap operas. 

In addition to her parents, Mildred was preceded in death by her husband Edward AC Manard, her sisters Lucy Blasdell, and Roberta (Rennie) Hughes, and brothers Pete Thomas, and Randy Thomas. 

She is survived by her son James (Denise) Manard, Robert (Cathie) Manard, and William Manard, her daughter Cecelia Brann Manard, six grandchildren, Jessica, Sean, Dylan, Chase, Rachel and Nicole, five great grandchildren, Virginia, Adeline, Emmett, Cohen, Arie, one sister Maria (Hallet) Brazelton, and one brother Michael (Paige) Smith.

 
A visitation will be held 5:30pm-6:30pm Friday May 12, 2023 at Lee Funeral Home, 6633 Old Alexandria Ferry Rd. Clinton, MD 20735, where a funeral service will follow at 6:30pm. Interment in Maryland Veterans Cemetery, Cheltenham will be announced at a later date.
